British Columbia Training and Education Savings Grant

desk-office-pen-ruler The British Columbia Training and Education Savings grant (BCTESG) is now available for families with a child between the ages of 6 to 8. Residents of British Columbia may be eligible for a $1,200 grant from the B.C Government.

It’s this simple, open an RESP account, and receive the money.

You don’t even need to make a contribution to the RESP in order to qualify!

Of course there is a catch, your child must use the money for post-secondary education or training programs. In other words, the BC Government is giving you $1,200 per child to help you save for their education. This money must be kept in a RESP until such a time as the child is enrolled in an eligible program.

If you would like help receiving the BCTESG please give us a call at (250) 753-7888 and we would be happy to help you save for your child’s future.
